Perkins Coie’s ECVC Practice Advises Point72 Ventures in Lexion’s $20M Series B Fundraising

PALO ALTO (April 20, 2023)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have advised Point72 Ventures, a global venture capital fund, in Lexion's $20 million Series B funding round. Lexion focuses on building AI-based lifecycle management software that helps operations teams get deals done faster and has devised a technology platform for speeding up contracting across in-house legal teams, sales, procurement, finance, HR, and IT. The company was founded in 2019 by Gaurav Oberoi, Emad Elwany, and James Baird. Existing investors include Khosla Ventures and the Madrona Venture Group.
