Perkins Coie’s ECVC Practice Advises Aampe on $18M Series A Fundraising

LOS ANGELES (December 11, 2024)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have advised Aampe, the customer outreach personalization specialist, in its $18 million Series A fundraising. The funding round was led by Theory Ventures and Z47. 

San Francisco-based Aampe has built the first agentic infrastructure for personalization. Aampe, co-founded by Paul Meinshausen, Schaun Wheeler, and Sami Abboud in 2020, utilizes artificial intelligence to continuously update a user’s application experience and preferences.
