Perkins Coie Represents TRACT Therapeutics in Strategic Collaboration with Taiwan Bio
CHICAGO (December 14, 2023)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have represented TRACT Therapeutics, a clinical stage biotechnology company, in its strategic collaboration deal to advance cellular therapy with Taiwan Bio, a one-stop, total solution cell therapy contract development and manufacturing organization. The new strategic collaboration between Taiwan Bio and TRACT Therapeutics will work to advance cellular therapy to revolutionize the prevention of allograft rejection in solid organ transplants. The partners will launch a multi-center Phase 2 clinical trial investigating the reduction of immunosuppressant drugs in living donor kidney transplant recipients in both the United States and Taiwan.
