(April 26, 2023)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have represented cannabis company Medicine Man Technologies operating as Schwazze in its acquisition of a medical cannabis dispensary in Denver, Colorado from Standing Akimbo LLC. The acquisition of the dispensary expands Schwazze's retail consumer base and furthers its growth efforts in the Colorado market. When completed, the transaction will increase Schwazze's total number of Colorado cannabis dispensaries to 26.
