Perkins Coie Represents Lift Works in its Acquisition by Sunbelt Rentals

CHICAGO (March 21, 2023)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have represented Lift Works, Inc., which offers aerial lift-focused solutions to customers in the greater Chicagoland market and throughout the broader Midwest, in its acquisition by Sunbelt Rentals, a national leader in the equipment rental industry.

Lift Works provides equipment rentals, sales and aftermarket services and parts to more than one thousand small and mid-sized contractors. Lift Works' senior management team will continue to lead the company.

The Perkins Coie team was led by mergers and acquisitions partner Ted Wern and M&A associates Michael Dawes and Hannah Schuppner.
