Perkins Coie Represents Amcor PLC in Issuance of $500 Million Senior Notes
DENVER (June 1, 2023)—Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that it represented client Amcor PLC and its subsidiaries in the issuance of $500 million 5.625% senior notes due 2033.
The deal closed on May 26, 2023, and was led by the firmwide co-chair of Perkins Coie's Corporate Practice Jason Day and Capital Markets partner Jonathan Schulman, with assistance from Corporate & Securites associate Ben Dale.
