Perkins Coie Represents 11:11 Systems in Acquisition of Static1

DENVER (July 12, 2022)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have represented 11:11 Systems, a managed infrastructure solutions provider backed by Tiger Infrastructure Partners, in its acquisition of Static1. For more information, please see 11:11 Systems' press release here.

Static1 is a leader in managed network and information technology (IT) infrastructure development and services, as it designs, builds, runs, and optimizes IT infrastructure. Through the acquisition, Static1's team and technology will complement 11:11's recent acquisitions of Unitas Global, Cleareon, iland, and Green Cloud Defense—each of which holds market leadership positions within the cloud, connectivity, and security spaces.
