Perkins Coie Recognized as Leading Patent Litigation and Post-Grant Firm by Lex Machina
SEATTLE (March 15, 2020) — Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that the firm has been recognized as a leading law firm in the United States for patent litigation defense in the past decade by Lex Machina in its Patent Litigation Report.
Of the national law firms handling the most patent defense cases, Perkins Coie ranked fourth, with 759 cases across 46 jurisdictions. The firm also ranked as one of the eight most active firms for post-grant proceedings, handling 371 matters since the Patent Trial and Appeal Board's (PTAB) inception.
