Perkins Coie Receives 2024 Outstanding International IP Service Team Award by China IP Magazine
SHENZHEN (December 27, 2024)—Perkins Coie is pleased to announce a team of firm lawyers was selected to receive the 2024 Outstanding International IP Service Team award by the China IP magazine. For more information, please see China IP’s press release here.
The winning team includes International Trade Commission practice co-chair Kevin Patariu partners Bing Ai, John Esterhay, and Louise Lu; and counsel Wei Yuan.
China IP’s selection of 2024 Outstanding International IP Service Team Award is part of its IP Eagle Talent Services Selection, “highlighting IP firms with deep expertise and extensive experience in managing complex IP matters for Chinese clients.” China IP evaluated Section 337, inter partes review post-grant and appellate work by the team on behalf of clients in China over a two-year period.
“The award recognizes our substantial recent successes in representing Chinese clients in Section 337 investigations, including three consecutive wins in investigations involving competitors, along with other related IP services we provide to our Chinese clients,” said Kevin Patariu. “We look forward to helping new and existing clients in China with intellectual property and other legal services in the United States.”
