Quantum Workplace conducted an employee engagement survey for the Denver Business Journal in the local metro area that required 75 percent of employees at each workplace to provide feedback. The survey measured 10 key engagement categories, including team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, and compensation and benefits.
