Perkins Coie ECVC Team Represents Music Funding Platform beatBread in $124M Equity and Credit Raise
PALO ALTO (August 22, 2025) – Perkins Coie is pleased to have represented music funding platform beatBread in securing $124 million in new equity and credit capital, as the business continues to expand its support for the independent music sector globally
The round includes equity investments from Citi, Deciens Capital, Mucker Capital, Advantage Capital, and other strategic investors. The $124 million in funding will enable beatBread to grow its sales, marketing, and product teams while expanding the reach and impact of its tech-driven funding model. It will also enhance the company's ability to support a broader range of artists and independent music businesses through more customizable and competitive financial offers.
