Perkins Coie Announces 2024 Senior Counsel Promotions
SEATTLE (November 16, 2023)—Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that four lawyers have been promoted to senior counsel, effective January 1, 2024. Senior counsel have at least eight years of experience, are recognized for delivering high-quality legal work, are able to supervise junior lawyers and business professionals, and collaborate with partners on managing client engagements. She analyzes large patent portfolios for acquisition and licensing. Lena also has trademark experience, including managing trademark portfolios, drafting and filing trademark applications, and researching prior art. |

Kelly J. Reinholdtsen (Seattle) is a member of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation, practice. Kelly advises both public and private companies on the design and operation of equity-based arrangements, including compliance with federal and state securities laws, Section 16, and Rule 144. Kelly also assists clients with equity issues that arise in mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings. |

Monique Wirrick (Seattle) is a member of the Product Liability practice. Monique represents companies in both federal and state courts across the United States and defends clients in cases involving construction and aviation accidents. An engineer for a large aircraft manufacturer prior to becoming a lawyer, Monique draws on her technical background to defend manufacturers of complex products ranging from aerial work platforms and other industrial products to helicopter engine components and consumer products. |
