Perkins Coie Advises Pyrophyte Acquisition Corp. II on Its $200.4 Million Initial Public Offering
NEW YORK (July 28, 2025) - Perkins Coie is pleased to have advised Pyrophyte Acquisition Corp. II, a special purpose acquisition company, on its $200.4 million initial public offering of units priced at $10.00 per unit, which includes the partial exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option.
While Pyrophyte II may pursue an initial business combination in any industry, sector, or geographical location, it intends to focus its search for a business combination partner in the energy sector. Pyrophyte II’s units began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on July 17, 2025, under the ticker symbol “PAII.U.”
