Perkins Coie Advises Global Energy and Water Management Leader Itron on $805M Convertible Senior Notes Offering
SEATTLE (June 27, 2024)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have represented Itron, Inc., a global leader that helps utilities and cities to manage energy and water, in its $805 million offering of convertible senior notes in a private placement pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act.
The private notes offering of 1.375% convertible senior notes due 2030 was increased from the previously announced offering size of $500 million.
