Perkins Coie Advises Caliber on Creation of LINK Token Digital Asset Treasury
PALO ALTO (August 29, 2025) - Perkins Coie is pleased to have advised Caliber, a real estate asset manager, on the creation of a LINK token digital asset treasury strategy that will enable Caliber to engage in activities related to the management and maximization of returns from such digital asset holdings.
Under this strategy and policy, Caliber intends to allocate a portion of its treasury funds to acquire cryptocurrency, specifically LINK tokens, which support the Chainlink protocol. Caliber’s initial focus for its digital asset treasury will be acquiring LINK with equity to be held for long-term appreciation and generating yield through staking.
