Perkins Coie Advises Amcor plc on $1.5 Billion Senior Notes Offering
Denver (March 16, 2026)—Perkins Coie announced Wednesday that it represented Amcor plc and its subsidiaries in an SEC-registered offering of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes.
The offering consisted of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.250% guaranteed senior notes due 2029 and $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.125% guaranteed senior notes due 2036.
