Ted Boling Quoted in E&E News—How NEPA Would Change Under the Debt Ceiling Plan

Ted Boling was quoted in "How NEPA Would Change Under the Debt Ceiling Plan," an article in E&E News,* regarding passed legislation and its adjustments to the National Environmental Policy Act.

"The bill draws from — and would codify — some NEPA regulatory reforms finalized by the White House Council on Environmental Quality in 2020, said Ted Boling, a partner at the firm Perkins Coie LLP.
