Perkins Coie Mentioned in Law360—NYC Startup Pros On Leaving Boutique Life For BigLaw

Kluk Farber Law PLLC founding partners Agatha Kluk and Sonia Farber are packing up their boutique law firm and getting ready to join Perkins Coie LLP and lead the firm's newly launched New York emerging companies and venture capital practice.

The entire former Kluk Farber team, which includes 12 lawyers and six business professionals, will join Perkins Coie on Dec. 1 and work out of the law firm's new Startup and Emerging Companies Center in the Flatiron District.

Kluk and Farber say they wouldn't have given up boutique life for any BigLaw firm, but they felt that Perkins Coie was a good match for them as they look to continue expanding the work they do for startups in the region.
