Perkins Coie partners Michael Paisner and Harry Schneider Jr. have earned recognition from two leading legal industry publications.
AM Law Litigation Daily named the team Litigators of the Week, and Law360 highlighted the victory among its Legal Lions of the Week. The honors follow a significant trial win on behalf of The Boeing Co. in federal court in Seattle.
The case centered on fraud allegations brought by LOT Polish Airlines, which sought approximately $153 million in damages related to the grounding of the 737 MAX aircraft. After a two‑week trial, the jury returned a complete defense verdict, rejecting all of LOT’s claims.
