Hari Santhanam was interviewed by The Arizona Republic - "An Arizona drug case related to the 6th Amendment is headed to Supreme Court. What to know", in relation to a pro bono case that raises an important issue under the Confrontation Clause of the Sixth Amendment regarding a criminal defendant's right to cross-examine a non-testifying forensic analyst. Hari is leading a firm pro bono appellate team that has secured a writ of certiorari with the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of Smith v. Arizona.
