The Government Procurement Review: United States
Washington, D.C. Partners Rich Clifford and Andy Shipley and Associate Seth Locke of the Government Contracts practice are the co-authors of a chapter featured in the recently released first edition of The Government Procurement Review, a series of The Law Reviews published by Law Business Research Ltd. The first edition brings together contributions from eminent procurement lawyers across five continents and provides real insight to the key issues in government procurement across the different jurisdictions, according to the publication's editors. The Perkins Coie attorneys are the only contributors to the chapter exclusively covering the United States. The editors of the publication note that they are hopeful that the book will provide a valuable source of comparative information on procurement to international businesses operating or seeking to operate cross-border, policymakers, academics and practitioners.
