About the Topic
Despite uncertainty in the regulatory state, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) continues to aggressively enforce affirmative action and nondiscrimination obligations of covered federal contractors and subcontractors. This session will explore the Agency’s approaches to compliance evaluations (audits) under a new robust scheduling letter and itemized listing requiring the production of more data and information at the ouset of the evaluation. We also will examine new developments and agency initiatives and there impact on the workplace.
