Green Organic Supplements Inc., et al., No. RG17-846112 (Cal. Super. Ct. – Alameda Cnty.): Putative class action alleging that Defendants falsely market and advertise their dietary supplements as "organic," when they are primarily composed of non-organic ingredients and include synthetic substances that are prohibited in organic products.
