What Justices' Pork Ruling Means For Interstate Cannabis

Tommy Tobin wrote an article published in Law360 on the what the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in National Pork Producers Council v. Ross means for interstate commerce in regards to cannabis.

The divided opinion comes as the nation's federal courts grapple with a novel paradox raised by the illegality of marijuana at the federal level amid state legalization: If there cannot legally be interstate commerce in cannabis, does the dormant commerce clause still apply?
