Opinion: What Every White Person Should Know About African Americans
"What Every White Person Should Know About African Americans" was the topic of a presentation that I recently made to Rotary Club No. 4 of Seattle. The purpose of the presentation was to provide background information about slave descendants, which I am one of, and to suggest ways in which white members of our community can advance the cause of changing the racial dynamic within our culture and can help bring about systemic change.
Upon reflection, I realized that some of those points could be helpful to business leaders.
