Richard leads complex corporate transactions in both U.S. and cross-border deals.
Richard Ross represents companies, private equity funds, hedge funds, and investment banks in a variety of complex corporate transactions. He advises clients in both U.S. and cross-border deals on public and private company mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, distressed transactions, takeovers (negotiated and contested), leveraged buyouts, spin-offs, strategic investments, and joint ventures.
Richard also counsels clients on a broad range of corporate, securities, and business-related matters. These include directors’ duties and responsibilities and other aspects of corporate governance and disclosure issues.
Richard’s clients include Goldman Sachs, H.B. Fuller, Honeywell, Microsoft Corporation, Google Inc., Brightwood Capital Advisors, and Stanley Black & Decker.
