Miles McCann's practice spans the full range of government contracts litigation and compliance matters.
He litigates bid protests at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims (COFC) and the Government Accountability Office (GAO), and has experience with bid protest appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He also represents clients in claim appeals at COFC and the Boards of Contract Appeals.
Miles advises clients on a variety of procurement compliance issues, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) counseling, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) due diligence, and small business issues. He has counseled clients through U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) civil fraud investigations relating to government contracts. Beyond procurement law, he has litigation experience at both state and federal level involving various subject matter areas including trademark misappropriation and trade secret theft, as well as employee disputes over non-compete clauses and wage-and-hour.
