Mark Birnbaum works with lenders and commercial mortgage-backed securities servicers across the country regarding real property secured loan workouts and real estate owned dispositions. These include loan restructurings, modifications, assumptions, forbearances, discounted payoffs, judicial and nonjudicial foreclosures, bankruptcies, guarantor actions, and receivership appointments.
Mark also counsels clients with respect to leases and real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
