Maisie Ide

Maisie Ide focuses her practice on technology transactions, privacy law, and product counseling across a variety of industries, including hardware, software, e-commerce, edtech, entertainment, digital media, and cloud-based security.
She has experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to matters involving intellectual property (IP) rights, licensing, content creation and distribution, marketing, and advertising services. She also defends clients against illegal spamming, scraping, data misuse, and other forms of malicious internet behavior. In addition, Maisie advises on emerging legal issues arising from artificial intelligence and machine learning (ML) products.
Maisie maintains an active pro bono practice, researching privacy laws and other tools to fight online harassment.
