Jordan Green

Jordan focuses his practice on white-collar criminal defense, corporate compliance, internal investigations, and commercial litigation.

Jordan Green has represented individuals and businesses in governmental investigations relating to tax, the environment, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), securities, mail and wire fraud, antitrust, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), government contracting, immigration, and political contributions.

Jordan has authored corporate compliance plans for private and public corporations. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.

The Arizona Supreme Court reversed the appellate court and reinstated a summary judgment for our client, holding that part performance sufficient to satisfy an exception to the statute of frauds must, without the aid of parole evidence, demonstrate the existence of an agreement to partition real estate. 182 P.3d 664 (Ariz. 2008)
