Known for delivering exceptional service and practical counsel, Joe Bailey is experienced in representing clients on all sides of the deal table for both merger and acquisition (M&A) deals and significant financings. Joe works with enterprises pursuing M&A-based liquidity events and strategic buyers implementing their acquisition strategies. In corporate finance matters, he helps clients access the capital markets; raise capital through investments from private equity, venture capital, family office and angel investors; and negotiate debt financings with banks and other lenders.
