Jacob Hasler is an experienced knowledge management lawyer, who is dedicated to optimizing Perkins Coie's delivery of legal services.
Working closely with our Corporate & Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions lawyers, Jacob manages the development and maintenance of legal templates and precedent collections, improves workflows, vets and implements cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) tools and other legal software, and coordinates effective information-sharing initiatives.
Prior to his current role, Jacob was an associate in the firm's Corporate & Securities practice, where he supported public and private companies in a wide range of business transactions. Drawing on this multifaceted experience, Jacob is well positioned to drive innovation efforts that enhance the firm's legal excellence and efficiency.
