Irene Motles has experience representing a variety of clients across various industries, with a focus on aircraft manufacturers involved in personal injury actions and in supplier and customer disputes.
She has also represented clients navigating sensitive internal investigations and private arbitrations, as well as provided counsel to manufacturer clients regarding the adequacy of their warnings and warranties. In addition, Irene defends clients in the financial services industry, including in individual and class actions alleging bad faith and other sales practices violations and violations of federal securities laws.
