Hanna Lee
Hanna Lee counsels individuals and families with respect to holistic estate planning and related tax matters.
She assists clients in reaching their personal, tax, and estate planning objectives through the creation of sophisticated wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, as well as through the use of gifts, sales, and other wealth-transfer strategies.
Hanna's practice also includes helping foundations and nonprofit organizations navigate legal issues surrounding formation, compliance, and governance. She further assists mission-driven entities in achieving tax-exempt status to help benefit their communities more effectively and actualize their social impact goals on a larger scale.
