Eric provided transactional, governance, and securities-related guidance to public and private companies for more than 30 years. Before his retirement from practice, Eric DeJong advised companies in a range of industries on mergers and acquisitions, representing both buyers and sellers in public-to-public, private-to-public, private-to-private, carve-out, and private equity transactions. He also worked with public companies on U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance matters.
