Andrew Klein represents Fortune 500 and emerging companies in their most pressing intellectual property disputes. Using his experience and skills as a successful litigator in high-stakes litigation, Andrew helps his clients both in the courtroom and out to achieve their legal and business goals. In court his patent litigation experience covers a range of technologies, including acoustics, software, color management, surveillance technology, retail, video coding, network and computer security, and telecommunications.
Prior to working at Perkins Coie, Andrew externed for Chief Justice Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye of the California Supreme Court and Judge John E. Munter of the complex litigation division in San Francisco Superior Court. He maintains an active pro bono practice representing nonprofits and indigent clients in a variety of matters, including intellectual property issues.
