Drew brings nearly a decade of experience representing clients in transactions. He partners with clients on a variety of corporate and financial matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project financings, equity and debt financings, lending transactions, and business formations.

In addition, he regularly represents clients in debt and equity financings, including energy project financing, and secured and unsecured credit facilities and term loans. Drew also provides general business counseling and guidance on entity formation.
