Legal Frameworks for NFTs
Jim Walker and Sarah Shtylman presented "Legal Frameworks for NFTs" during the Consensus 2022 Roundtable Sessions in the Austin office. The presentation included a checklist review of key issues to consider when designing an NFT launch, as well as an opportunity for the panel and audience to share insights regarding distribution, marketing, promotion, and royalties.
