Sean Wagnon focuses on corporate transactions with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Sean has represented private and public companies, venture capital funds, and private equity sponsors on a variety of strategic transactions and investments across a broad range of industries, including software and technology, sports and entertainment, insurance, manufacturing, and natural resources. Sean has experience drafting and negotiating definitive agreements for strategic and private equity insurance M&A transactions involving multiple parties and stakeholders.
A graduate of Columbia Law School, Sean was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at University of Washington, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and graduated magna cum laude. His language knowledge includes Mandarin Chinese and advanced proficiency in American Sign Language.
