Nickolas Kajca
Nick works with lender and borrower clients to provide solutions for all manner of debt financing.
Active in both the Corporate and Financial Transactions practices, Nickolas Kajca represents lenders and borrowers in a wide range of debt financing. He works on matters involving all aspects of commercial finance, real estate finance, and asset-based lending transactions, including senior secured and unsecured credit facilities, single-bank and syndicated revolving and term loan facilities, acquisition finance, real estate mortgage loans, and construction loans.
Nick frequently drafts and negotiates loan and credit agreements, mortgages, and other collateral and ancillary credit documents. He also advises on transaction structure, deal terms, and corporate governance matters and analyzes title, survey, and other due diligence items.
