Matthew Dybas
Matthew advises advertising, retail, and technology clients on a broad range of privacy and data protection matters, including compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Matthew Dybas's work has included drafting key data privacy policies and procedures, both internal and consumer-facing; drafting and negotiating data protection agreements and privacy terms in commercial agreements; and guiding clients through data inventories and privacy assessments.
He has also counseled clients on matters of incident response, including drafting incident response plans, and advised clients on bringing outward-facing websites into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including drafting accessibility statements and managing technical compliance efforts.
