Lois Tilton brings three decades of experience in estate and gift planning, business succession planning, estate and trust administration, and charitable giving to her clients. Lois is renowned for counseling multi-generational families on complex estate issues, including their real estate entities.
Lois also has experience in complex estate and trust administration and frequently handles matters for her clients in the New York area Surrogate Courts. She has successfully represented clients in numerous federal and state estate tax audits and regularly represents charitable and individual beneficiaries of estates.
