Gregory Logan
While earning his J.D. at Duquesne University, Gregory Logan worked as a registered patent agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
As a patent agent, Gregory gained experience in patent prosecution and opinion work for biotechnology, pharmaceutical, gene therapy, cell biology, neuroscience, and other life science technologies. He drafted and prosecuted U.S. and international patent applications related to medical treatments and devices, agricultural products, sports equipment, and mechanical devices. He also performed patent searches for landscape and clearance reports.
Prior to becoming a patent agent, Gregory worked for more than 10 years in molecular and cell biology labs, researching areas of cell biology, cancer biology, neuroscience, stem cells, and developmental biology.
