Evan counsels clients in the consumer products industry to help ensure federal regulation compliance.
Evan Molineux works with clients on risk management and compliance issues related to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission-regulated products. He has experience with a range of industries, including food and beverage, cosmetics, medical devices, and electronics. In addition to his counseling work, Evan assists a variety of clients in developing effective litigation strategies.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Evan earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a fellow in the Institute of International Economic Law and co-founded the Georgetown Law magazine.
