Ellen Conedera Dial
Ellen Conedera Dial is a retired partner, formerly in the firm's Real Estate & Land Use practice. During her long career, she focused on all aspects of real estate development and financing, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, land use and zoning. In addition to numerous professional and civic activities, Ellen served as president of the Washington State Bar Association for the 2006-2007 term. Ellen is co-author of the WSBA Real Property Deskbook Chapter on the "Law of Landlord and Tenant."
