Danielle Wolfrom Githens

Danielle, senior counsel in the firm's Business and Real Estate practices, has 24 years of experience representing financial institutions and borrowers in all aspects of commercial and real estate financing transactions

Danielle Githens experience includes secured and unsecured credit facilities, revolving and term loan facilities, letters of credit, and real estate loans for the acquisition, development, construction, and term financing of all types of properties. Danielle's borrower clients include emerging companies, family-owned businesses, non-profits, and public companies. Danielle also has extensive experience representing Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) special servicers on a national basis with respect to loan modifications, assumptions, forbearances, discounted payoffs, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, receivership appointments, and guarantor actions.

Commercial Finance

Agriculture Revolving Credit Facility

Represented national bank in connection with a $15 million revolving credit facility to an agriculture company for the purpose of financing expenses associated with the production and harvesting of crops, secured by apple orchards in Eastern Washington.

Equipment Lessor Financing

Represented national bank in connection with a $12 million secured revolving credit facility to an equipment leasing company for the purpose of financing the acquisition of equipment used for customer leases.

Fishing Vessel Financing

Represented national bank in connection with a $9 million term loan to a commercial fishing company secured by marine mortgages on fishing vessels and their associated fishing rights.

Marine Contractor Financing

Represented national bank in connection with a $250 million revolving credit facility to a marine contractor secured by documented and undocumented vessels.

Mortgage Company Financing

Represented national bank in connection with a secured $36 million credit facility, consisting of a $6 million warehouse line of credit and a $30 million term loan facility, to a mortgage company for the purpose of financing the funding of customer loans.

Multi-national Senior Secured Revolving Credit and Term Loan Facility

Represented public company in connection with a syndicated $310 million senior secured credit facility, consisting of a $60 million revolving loan and a $250 million term loan facility.

Multi-national Senior Secured Revolving Credit Facility

Represented public company in connection with a syndicated $100 million credit facility, secured by substantially all the company's assets, including intellectual property and domestic and foreign stock.
