Dana Talant
Dana Talant has worked on a variety of matters and provides document review services for commercial litigation matters and internal corporate investigations. She performs responsiveness, issue coding, confidentiality, mobile, and privilege first-level review.
Dana has experience using the e-discovery platforms Relativity, RelativityOne, and DISCO.
During law school, Dana worked with her school's civil rights clinic, representing clients in civil litigation with a heavy focus on discovery, including document review and depositions. Dana had the opportunity to work with in-house counsel at a multinational corporation in Seoul, South Korea, where she reviewed and translated a construction contract and performed legal research for projects in foreign jurisdictions. She also has experience in human rights law, having worked with the United Nations special rapporteur in the field of cultural rights. She is fluent in French and Kazak.
