In nearly 40 years as a litigator, Craig has represented Fortune 100 businesses, Grammy-winning performers, sports players unions, the Society of Jesus (Jesuits), and a Russian forest products company.
Trial attorney, litigator, and counsellor Craig Allely has obtained favorable settlements, judgments, and verdicts in more than 15 states and represented clients from every continent except Antarctica.
Craig has worked on class-action litigation in state and federal courts across the country. He also coordinated significant national litigated matters and participated in several multidistrict litigations, guiding interdisciplinary teams to efficiently accomplish client objectives.
Craig represented clients in commercial real estate and construction matters, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and Internal Revenue Service investigations, international financial transactions, and analysis of commercial general liability insurance coverage issues. He has also handled claims involving product liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, and personal injury.
Active in civic organizations, Craig represents Advocates Abroad, a field-based organization providing essential free legal aid to refugees and asylum seekers.
