Aaron is a trial lawyer focused on high-stakes litigation, primarily in contract disputes, real estate, class action, emerging technology, post-closing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and employment.
Aaron Ver represents clients in federal and state courts, in arbitrations, and before administrative tribunals.
Clients turn to Aaron to formulate and execute strategies to achieve their business goals. Aaron draws from valuable business experience serving as a litigation strategist secondee to a global company. In addition, he has been named a Northern California "Rising Star" in Business Litigation by Super Lawyers in 2022 and 2024.
In his business litigation practice, Aaron represents plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes business disputes, including manufacturer–supplier disputes, post-closing litigation arising out of M&A deals, breaches of fiduciary duty, and nonsolicit and noncompete claims.
In his real estate litigation practice, Aaron represents clients with property and leaseholds throughout the country. He has prosecuted and defended a range of sophisticated multiparty matters ranging from fraud, title claims, broker liability, guarantor liability, lender exposure, construction disputes, veil-piercing questions, and fraudulent title claims to commercial landlord-tenant disputes. Aaron has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients. He has handled real estate disputes in Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Kansas City, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, St. Louis, and Washington, D.C. Aaron also recently obtained a successful verdict for clients facing imprisonment.
