Cannabis legalization is happening all across the country. As more people are taking advantage of the widespread availability of cannabis products, how can employers best navigate this dynamic legal landscape? We'd like to share this panel's unique perspectives on these challenges, given their professional experience related to the cannabis industry and otherwise. Heather Sager will moderate the discussion that will touch on the impact of cannabis legalization on workplace policies, including but not limited to background checks, "zero tolerance" substance policies, and off-duty conduct rules.
